Payment

  • The full tattoo price will be due at the time of service.
  • We do not offer refunds for completed tattoos.

Health and Safety

  • You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin conditions, or medical conditions that may affect your ability to receive a tattoo.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo without parental or guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for following all pre- and post-tattoo care instructions provided by your artist.

Client Conduct

  • We expect all clients to be respectful of our staff and other clients.
  • Disruptive behavior, including intoxication or violence, will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your tattoo session and/or refusal of future service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Tattoos are a permanent form of body modification. We cannot guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with your tattoo.
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of your tattoo.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with your tattoo or for any allergic reactions or other medical complications that may arise from your tattoo.
