Her focus is on preventing delays, sustaining session flow, and making sure every tattoo, whether completed in one sitting or across multiple stages, follows a clear plan. This gives both the artist and the client a controlled path from start to finish.

Deepak is the founder of Pearl Lemon Tattoos and the person who shapes the studio’s direction, systems, and standards. His background in building creative teams and service-led operations guides the way we manage each step of the client journey. He ensures the studio maintains strong hygiene routines, structured planning, and a workflow that supports the entire team.
His role reaches beyond scheduling and communication. Deepak is responsible for the operational foundation that keeps the studio consistent: set processes, measured design coordination, and session preparation that allow each artist to work with clarity. Because of his oversight, every stage is carried out with purpose, intention, and order.
